I grew up in a bit of a sickly home, where my younger brother and sister both had a life threatening illness. 

The way I coped with this was by being quiet and withdrawn. Due to various things that happened, I felt I never fit in at home or school. I felt fearful and didn't like my childhood. 

I became a mum at 17, which quickly taught me to be very independent. What followed was many years of family life, having two more children and then later on exploring lots of different jobs, i.e. kitchen hand, trade assistant, electrician.  None of  them felt totally me, until I came across Cranio Sacral Therapy in 2002.

So I completed a diploma in Brisbane and supported people in Brisbane and now on the Sunshine Coast and via Zoom. It is amazing to see the transformation in people's faces and lives, when they started reconnecting with themselves. It's like they blossom, which is hugely rewarding!

Then life took me in a different direction, working with babies and young children with disabilities in a children's hospice. This is where I fell deeply in love with working with children. It was amazing to see how much relief the children could experience with me having my combined skills of Cranio Sacral Therapy and other modalities.

I remember the disbelief in a little girl's mother's eyes, when I told her that her daughter had slept through the whole night. She was overjoyed and couldn't believe it! This hadn't happened before in her young daughter's entire life! I smiled to myself. Little did she know why. :) 

Sadly the doors closed at that work place and an opportunity was opened to me in disability work with young adults, I felt I could make a different here, and then I cared for the older folk when not practising Cranio Sacral Therapy and offering Chakradance kids (formerly Inamojo)classes. 

Another important part of my world is my spiritual development and following my intuition. I meditate regularly and living a life, in which I didn't know how to connect within, is a distant memory. Now, following my inner guidance is part of my life.

This is also how I came across Inamojo. (now Chakradance kids) I listened to my body and my being. I already had partaken in a 9-week Chakradance Course with its creator, Natalie Southgate, which I loved. So when I found out that Natalie had joined forces with Anna Kelly to create a program for children based on the map of the chakra system, I was elated! I knew I had to learn all about it and sure enough, soon after, I started my training to become an Inamojo (now Chakradance Kids) facilitator. I love watching the children thrive in a supportive environment that's deeply transformative and absolutely wonderful! Currently it's available for 5-9 year olds and I facilitate it at (TBA) schools and venues.

Chakradance Kids is a way for me to help a group of children find their innate trust, confidence and guidance like in no other way. (If you'd like to find out more about Chakradance Kids with me, please read here)

Discovering Cranio Sacral Therapy, I transformed from a quiet fearful child with lots of sickness around me and young mum who was trying to find her way, to a woman with strong sense of self. I finally had the feeling that I did fit in, and I that I can help others to do the same.

This is why I've discover a deep love and calling to help others with Cranio Sacral Therapy. It’s hard to describe the feeling that overcomes me when I connect with others at that deep level, it's like coming home (in the spiritual sense of the word). It's a true connection which is very powerful.

It's my mission to support others to feel and know their true nature. 

I use my skills as a Cranio Sacral Therapist and Chakradance Kids facilitator, and a lifetime of experience as practitioner, mum of three, carer and facilitator, plus a big love to help others find inner connection and confidence, to facilitate this. 

My Chakradance kids classes availablity at schools and private venues at the Sunshine Coast soon (exact details TBA).
